Glassswool & Mineral wool

Kirby can provide insulation for roofing & wall cladding with four types of materials: Glasswool, Mineral Wool, Air Bubbles, Polyethylene Foam.

Glassswool
Glassswool products are available with bare type or prefaced aluminum foil, PVC, glass cloth, black tissue or other facing with norminal density up to 120kg/m3 and products are generally recommended for insulations of building walls and roofs.

Mineral wool
Mineral wool is made from mineral rock. It is use insulation and firre-protection of tanks, boilers, pipes, equipements and accoustic system, density: 50 - 200kg/m3. Our associate company produces mineral wool under Rockwool brand. Mineral wool are designed for a wide range of applications, at both high and low service temperatures. It can be used on flat or slightly curved surfaces for thermal and acoustic insulation. They are also suitable for thermal insulation of roofs, walls & celings where fire resistance in the key requirement.
